Common use of Access Reporting Clause in Contracts

Access Reporting. Upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s written request the Grantor shall submit a report annually on the use of Fircrest specific Access Channels and Capital Fee. The Grantor shall submit a report to Grantee within one hundred twenty (120) days of a written request. Grantee may review the records of the City regarding the use of the Capital Fee.
