Access; Rectification; Restricted Processing; Portability. Company will ensure compliance with the rights to access, rectify, portability, and restrict processing of personal data and to export personal data as regards End User Personal Data collected and processed by Company. During the effectiveness of the Agreement, Vendor will, in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services, assist Company in ensuring compliance with the rights to access, rectify, portability, and restrict processing of personal data and to export personal data.
