Access Plan Clause Samples

The ACCESS PLAN clause defines the procedures and requirements for how parties may gain entry to specific premises or sites relevant to the agreement. Typically, it outlines the notice period required before access is granted, any security or identification protocols, and the permitted times or conditions under which access is allowed. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of when and how access can be provided, thereby preventing unauthorized entry and minimizing disruptions or security risks.
Access Plan. A transportation planning consultant, contracted to BART, shall conduct an Access Plan funded by the Access Plan Fee. This Access Plan is in addition to, and not replacing, any City-required access or circulation studies for the entitlement or environmental review process. The scope, budget, and timeline for the Access Plan is provided in Exhibit 5.
