Access Limitation. You understand that your ATM access is limited to your savings, checking and checking line of credit and that the Credit Union may allow withdrawals which do not exceed your Connected Account balance and line of credit.
Access Limitation. Aternity shall ensure that Aternity’s access to Customer Personal Data is limited to those personnel who require such access to perform the Cloud Services in accordance with the Agreement.
Access Limitation. Safe Pipeline shall only access the Project Area through the Easement for this Project, except as authorized pursuant to Exhibit E. Safe Pipeline shall ensure at all times during Project construction that the residence located on the Property is fully accessible by both vehicle and by foot.
Access Limitation. The parties agree that use of the roadway connection and gate will be limited to Pasco, Hillsborough and City of Tampa emergency personnel (law enforcement and fire rescue), as well as contracted ambulance service providers (“Emergency Personnel”). The Project connection may also be opened by Emergency Personnel in the event of a public emergency, including but not limited to hurricane evacuation. The gate will be equipped with suitable technology to allow Emergency Personnel to quickly open and close the gate as needed, and any equipment failure relating to the gate will be reported to Pasco for servicing and repair. The bicycle/pedestrian connection may be used by any member of the public. The bicycle/pedestrian connection shall not be gated, but either Hillsborough or Pasco may install signs or barriers to prevent the bicycle/pedestrian connection from being used by motor vehicles.
Access Limitation. You will not (i) modify, alter, tamper with, repair, translate, transmit, adapt, arrange, or create derivative works based on the Enterprise Cloud Service, except as expressly permitted herein; (ii) decompile, disassemble, disassociate, decrypt, extract, reverse compile or otherwise reverse engineer the Enterprise Cloud Service or any component thereof, or otherwise attempt to decipher the source code, algorithms, methods, structure, interfaces, protocols, messaging or techniques used or embodied in the Enterprise Cloud Service or any component thereof, except and only to the extent required by applicable law; (iii) distribute, rent, loan, lease, sell, resell, sublicense, convey, publicly display, publicly perform, exploit or otherwise make the Enterprise Cloud Service available for use by others in any time-sharing, service bureau or similar arrangement; (iv) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, confidentiality or other proprietary notices, labels or marks from, on or pertaining to the Enterprise Cloud Service; or (v) use the Enterprise Cloud Service for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes or attempt to create similar products or services through use of the Enterprise Cloud Service.
Access Limitation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Letter Agreement, the Company shall not deliver to Redline, and Redline shall have no right to (i) access material “nonpublic technical information” as defined in 31 C.F.R. § 800.232; (ii) appoint any board member or board observer to the Company; or (iii) have involvement with substantive decision-making, as those terms are defined in 31 C.F.R. § 800.229 and 31 C.F.R. § 800.245 regarding (a) the use, development, acquisition, safekeeping, or release of “sensitive personal data” as defined in 31 C.F.R. § 800.241 maintained or collected by the Company; (b) the use, development, acquisition, or release of critical technologies, as that term is defined in 31 C.F.R. § 800.215; or (c) the management, operation, manufacture, or supply of covered investment critical infrastructure, as that term is defined in 31 C.F.R. § 800.214; or (iv) receive any information pertaining to any government contracts, including subcontracts at any tier, or programs involving United States classified information (i.e., Confidential, Secret and Top Secret) as described under E.O. 13526 and as set forth in 32 C.F.R. § 117.1 et. seq., the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.
Access Limitation. Customer shall not reverse engineer, modify, disassemble, or decompile all or any part of the Software or the Boards provided by MORPHO; or otherwise attempt to discover any source code or trade secrets related to the Software, the Boards, or any other Confidential Information supplied or created by MORPHO. If MORPHO terminates this Agreement but the Base Agreement continues in force, Customer shall be entitled to engage a third party to maintain the Software and Equipment; provided that such third party: (i) is not a competitor of MORPHO, and (ii) enters into a Confidentiality Agreement satisfactory to MORPHO, as determined in MORPHO's sole discretion. MORPHO shall provide such third party with information with respect to the Software and Boards as is necessary to maintain and support the Software and Equipment.
Access Limitation. Riverbed shall ensure that Riverbed’s access to Personal Data is limited to those personnel who require such access to deliver the Products and/or Services in accordance with the Agreement.
Access Limitation. Seller reserves the right to protect itself against disclosure of various components of the Software by encasing the same in locked sub-systems of the System. Buyer agrees not to allow third party access to such locked sub-systems. Buyer further agrees that neither it nor it employees, agents or representatives shall have access to the contents of such locked sub-systems except to the extent that such access is necessary for day-to-day operation of the System (as opposed to maintenance).
Access Limitation. No right of entry or access by the general public to any portion of the Property is conveyed by this Right of Entry Agreement.
