Access Items. All keys and access cards to, and combinations to locks and other security devices located at, the Property, if applicable.
Access Items. Landlord shall furnish Tenant, without additional charge, keys or access cards (“Access Items”) to the Premises. Additional or lost keys or access cards shall be furnished at a charge of $25 per item by Landlord on an order signed by Tenant. All such Access Items shall remain Landlord’s property. Tenant shall not install any additional locks without Landlord’s prior written consent, and Tenant shall not make or permit to be made any duplicate keys. Upon termination of this Lease, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall surrender to Landlord all Access Items for the Premises.
