Common use of Access Grant Clause in Contracts

Access Grant. During the term of your access to the MCE Service as set forth on an order (“MCE Service Term”), we grant you and your affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in accordance with applicable law, to grant Named Users located anywhere in the world access to our MCE Service (including the Documentation and reports, dashboards, dossiers and other output generated by the MCE Service) solely in support of your internal business operations, in a manner consistent with the Documentation and license type(s) and terms specified on an order. We will provide you access to your MCE Service environment by sending you an IP address or URL. During the MCE Service Term, you may only access and use the “Cloud Platform” version of our Products as part of the MCE Service provided by us pursuant to these MicroStrategy Cloud Environment Service Terms.
