Access for Repairs, etc. To have access to the Premises to perform its duties and obligations under this Lease and to inspect the Premises, make repairs, alterations, additions or improvements, whether structural or otherwise, in and about the Premises, the Project, the Building or any part thereof as set forth in various Sections of this Lease. Except for the case of an emergency, Landlord shall give Tenant reasonable advance notice of its entry into the Premises for such purposes.
