Common use of Access for Repairs, etc Clause in Contracts

Access for Repairs, etc. To have access to the Premises to ----------------------- perform its duties and obligations under this Lease and to inspect the Premises, make repairs, alterations, additions or improvements, whether structural or otherwise, in and about the Premises, the Project or any part thereof as set forth in various Sections of this Lease including, without limitation, Section 5 and Section 10N.
