Common use of Access Facilities Clause in Contracts

Access Facilities. “Access Facilities” means Stairway 1, Stairway 2, Exterior Stairway, Elevator, hallways, and all other portions of the Building that are designed and intended to provide common pedestrian access to and from public streets and alleys adjacent to the Building, access to and from the Utility Facilities, as the same may exist from time to time, and all alterations thereto and replacements thereof.
