Common use of Access Device Clause in Contracts

Access Device. 11.1 A device will be issued in accordance with the Particulars to allow entry to the Property. You acknowledge that the device issued remains the property of Council and shall be returned to Council on termination of this licence. 11.2 For the avoidance of doubt, a bond of $25 per device issued is payable upon receipt of the device(s). The bond paid is refundable on return of the device(s) at termination of this licence.
