Access Channels On Basic Service or Lowest Priced HD Service Tier. All SD Access Channels under this Franchise Agreement shall be included by Grantee, without limitation, as part of Basic Service. All HD Access Channels under this Franchise Agreement shall be included by Grantee, without limitation, as part of the lowest priced tier of HD Cable Service upon which Grantee provides HD programming content.
