ACCESS BY DEVELOP NOVA SCOTIA. 8.1 Develop Nova Scotia shall be entitled at all reasonable times and on reasonable notice, which need not be in writing, to enter the Site for such purposes as it may consider necessary and shall not be liable to the Licensee for any disruption to the Licensee’s use of the Site caused thereby.
