Access by Barnabus Clause Samples
Access by Barnabus. Upon Barnabus’ request, the Corporation will furnish such information regarding the business, affairs, prospects and financial condition of the Corporation as Barnabus may reasonably request. The Corporation shall permit Barnabus or any of its officers, employees or designated representatives, at their respective cost, to examine and inspect the books and records of the Corporation (and to make copies thereof and extracts therefrom), and to consult with and advise management of the Corporation on the significant business issues of the Corporation, all at such reasonable times and intervals as Barnabus may reasonably request so long as any such discussions do not unreasonably interfere with the performance of such officers’ duties.
