Common use of Access Agreements Clause in Contracts

Access Agreements. Use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to Administrative Agent, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, with respect to each real property designated by Administrative Agent to Borrower, access agreements from the landlords on such real property together with such other documents as may be required by Administrative Agent in connection therewith, as more specifically provided in the Security Agreement.
