ACCEPTANCE TERM. The proposal attached to these Master Terms and Conditions is tendered for acceptance in its entirety within thirty (30) days from the date of the proposal, after which it is to be considered null and void.

ACCEPTANCE TERM. The acceptance term may not be less than thirty days starting from the day following the date of publication of the notice to which the preceding Article 11 refers to. The content of Article 18 of this procedure shall apply when the Commission suspends the offering or the use of documents.
ACCEPTANCE TERM. Constant Contact may, in its sole discretion, accept this Agreement within ten (10) days following the date that Chamber clicks the "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions" button (the date on which Constant Contact provides such acceptance shall be the "Effective Date"). If Chamber is accepted as a Constant Contact partner, Chamber will be notified at the email address Chamber provided during the registration process; otherwise, Chamber will not be eligible to participate in the Constant Contact partner program described herein. If Xxxxxxxx Contact does not accept this Agreement in writing by the end of the ten (10) day period, the Agreement is deemed rejected. This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date (the "Initial Term"). The Agreement shall thereafter automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods (each a "Renewal Term"; all such Renewal Terms together with the Initial Term, the "Term"), unless either Party sends written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the current one (1) year term.
ACCEPTANCE TERM. Lessee shall execute and deliver to Lessor one or more receipt certificates (“Receipt Certificates”) each of which shall indicate that each item or portion of each item of Equipment described therein has been accepted for use by Lessee or for delivery to an equipment vendor on behalf of Lessee under a Schedule to this Lease and is satisfactory to Lessee for all purposes. This Lease will become effective upon the execution hereof by Lessee and Lessor.

  • Acceptance Period For all Services provided under this Agreement, Vendor grants to Citizens a thirty (30) calendar day acceptance period ("Acceptance Period") commencing on the date completed Services are delivered to Citizens. Citizens shall have the right to reject the Services, in whole or in part, during the Acceptance Period for Vendor’s failure to meet the specifications associated with the delivered Services, with such determination to be made in Citizens’ reasonable judgment. At the end of the Acceptance Period, if Citizens has not rejected the Services, the Services shall be deemed to be accepted by Citizens; provided, however, that Citizens’ acceptance of the Services shall not be deemed a waiver of any of Citizens’ warranty rights as expressly provided in this Agreement.

  • Acceptance Date The date the Department accepts a Deliverable or System in accordance with Section 7 below shall be deemed the Acceptance Date for each Deliverable or System.

  • Delivery; Acceptance of Premises; Commencement Date Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to deliver the Premises to Tenant on or before the Target Commencement Date, with Landlord’s Work Substantially Completed (“Delivery” or “Deliver”). If Landlord fails to timely Deliver the Premises, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any loss or damage resulting therefrom, and this Lease shall not be void or voidable except as provided herein. If Landlord does not Deliver the Premises within 45 days of the Target Commencement Date for any reason other than Force Majeure delays and Tenant Delays, this Lease may be terminated by Tenant by written notice to Landlord, and if so terminated by Tenant: (a) the Security Deposit, or any balance thereof (i.e., after deducting therefrom all amounts to which Landlord is entitled under the provisions of this Lease), shall be returned to Tenant, and (b) neither Landlord nor Tenant shall have any further rights, duties or obligations under this Lease, except with respect to provisions which expressly survive termination of this Lease. As used herein, the terms “Landlord’s Work,” “Tenant Delays” and “Substantially Completed” shall have the meanings set forth for such terms in the Work Letter. If Tenant does not elect to void this Lease within 10 business days of the lapse of such 45 day period, such right to void this Lease shall be waived and this Lease shall remain in full force and effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if Tenant does not terminate this Lease pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence, Base Rent shall be abated 1 day for each day after such 45 day period (as extended by Force Majeure delays and Tenant Delays) that the Premises are not Delivered to Tenant.

  • Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.

  • Payment Does Not Imply Acceptance of Work The granting of any payment by City, or the receipt thereof by Contractor, shall in no way lessen the liability of Contractor to replace unsatisfactory work, equipment, or materials, although the unsatisfactory character of such work, equipment or materials may not have been apparent or detected at the time such payment was made. Materials, equipment, components, or workmanship that do not conform to the requirements of this Agreement may be rejected by City and in such case must be replaced by Contractor without delay.
