Acceptance Point the point where sewage and wastewater flows travel through the sewer transmission pipeline(s) and cross the Property line at the location shown on Exhibit A–1.
Acceptance Point. Reclaimed water transferred and accepted hereunder shall be delivered by the City and accepted by the University at the valve that controls the flow of Reclaimed Water into the heat exchangers located within the Heat Exchanger Building (“Acceptance Point”). After the Acceptance Point, the Reclaimed Water shall travel through the return Reclaimed Supply Lines and be discharged by the City according to the standards described in Section 3 below. The Reclaimed Water shall at all times remain the sole property and responsibility of the City.
Acceptance Point. The location at which the Customer’s Private Supply Works connect to the Water Business main as shown on the attached map.
Acceptance Point. The Port shall accept the sewage and wastewater flows at the Acceptance Point. The Port shall be responsible for all maintenance and conveyance of the sewage and wastewater flows once such waste leaves the Property at the Acceptance Point. Owner shall be responsible for all maintenance and pretreatment, if necessary, of the sewage and wastewater flows up to the Acceptance Point.
