Acceptance/Performance Test. Prior to synchronization of the Project as per Clause 3.9, the WtE Developer shall be required to get the Project certified for the requisite Acceptance/Performance test as may be laid down by CEA/APERC/APTRANSCO/APDISCOM or an agency identified by APTRANSCO/DISCOM to carry out testing and certification for the WtE Projects.
