Acceptance of Road Repairs Sample Clauses

Acceptance of Road Repairs. In the event Turtle Creek performs the Road Repairs, the Designee shall have thirty (30) days after receipt of the Completion Notice to accept or object to the Road Repairs. If the Designee does not deliver notice of objection to the Road Repairs to Turtle Creek (the “Objection Notice”) within the thirty (30) day period, the Road Repairs will be deemed accepted by the County and the Designee. If the Designee delivers the Objection Notice to Turtle Creek within such thirty (30) day period, then the Parties shall work in good faith to resolve any objections of the Designee. In the event the Parties cannot resolve any of the Designee’s objections, any dispute or disagreement shall be resolved in accordance with Article V.
