ACCEPTANCE OF PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS. (a) The Grantee shall comply with all applicable local, state, tribal, and federal laws, regulations, ordinances, and resolutions, and all administrative directives and procedures established by the Department, including all the provisions, guidelines and requirements set forth on the Program’s website: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇. (b) The Grantee expressly agrees to repay to the Department any funds advanced under this Contract that the Grantee, or its contractors, subcontractors, or subrecipient entities, or any public or private agent or agency to which it delegates authority to carry out portions of this Contract, expends in violation of the terms of this Contract, the statutes and regulations governing the Program, or any applicable local, state, tribal, or federal requirements.
