Acceptance of half Sample Clauses

Acceptance of half time assignments is voluntary. Half-time positions shall be considered new positions which the employee may or may not choose to bid. Professional employees shall be treated for all purposes as furloughed employees in the event the employee involved chooses not to bid on the new half-time position. In that event, the employee shall be entitled to full supplementary unemployment benefits as provided for in the labor contract.
