Acceptance of Appointment and Other Matters Relating to the Servicer. (a) The Issuer and the North Carolina Trust authorizes Regional Management to act as initial Servicer (but without transfer to Regional Management of the Issuer’s right to service the Loans) and Regional Management agrees to act as the initial Servicer, in each case hereunder.
