Acceptance by the Depositor Clause Samples
Acceptance by the Depositor. The Depositor agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to an Exchange Noteholder of the 20__-_ Exchange Note, whether set forth in the 20__-_ Exchange Note, in the Credit and Security Agreement, in the 20__-_ Exchange Note Supplement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.
Acceptance by the Depositor. The Depositor hereby acknowledges that, prior to or simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Additional Account Supplemental Conveyance, TD delivered to the Depositor the Account Schedule described in Section 2 of this Additional Account Supplemental Conveyance with respect to all Additional Accounts.
