Common use of Acceptance by the Company Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by the Company. The Company hereby (i) accepts New Member’s agreement to be bound by the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement and to become a party thereto; and (ii) agrees that New Member shall have all such rights provided under the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement to [Class A Members/Management Members] and Members generally. Schedule I to the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement shall be amended and restated to include New Member thereon, and such schedule shall be included in the Company Register.

Acceptance by the Company. The Company hereby (i) accepts New Member’s agreement to be bound by the Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement and to become a party thereto; and (ii) agrees that New Member shall have all such rights provided under the Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement to [Class A Members/Management Members] Members and Members generally. Schedule I III to the Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement shall be amended and restated to include New Member thereon, and such schedule shall be included in the Company Register.
