Common use of Acceptable Investment Clause in Contracts

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor, the Mortgage File or the Mortgagor's credit standing, other than the subprime nature of such credit standing, that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors who invest in mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loan, to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan, or cause the Mortgage Loans to prepay during any period materially faster or slower than the mortgage loans originated by the Seller generally;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge as of the Servicing Transfer Date of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor, the Mortgage File or the Mortgagor's credit standing, other than the subprime nature of such credit standing, that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors who invest in mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loan, to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan, or cause the Mortgage Loans to prepay during any period materially faster or slower than the mortgage loans originated by the Seller generally;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has To the Seller's knowledge, there are no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor, the Mortgage File or the Mortgagor's credit standing, standing (other than the status of the Mortgage Loan as a subprime nature of such credit standing, mortgage loan) that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors who invest in mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loan, to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan, or cause the Mortgage Loans to prepay during any period materially faster or slower than the mortgage loans originated by the Seller generally;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller Depositor has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor, the Mortgage File or the Mortgagor's credit standing, other than the subprime nature of such credit standing, that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors who invest in mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loan, to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan, or cause the Mortgage Loans to prepay during any period materially faster or slower than the mortgage loans originated by the Seller Accredited generally;
