Common use of Acceleration of Loans Clause in Contracts

Acceleration of Loans. Declare the unpaid principal of and any accrued interest on the Loans, and any and all other indebtedness or obligations of any and every kind (including all amounts of L/C Obligations, whether or not the beneficiaries of the then outstanding Letters of Credit shall have presented the documents required thereunder) owing by the Borrower to any of the Lenders or the Administrative Agent hereunder to be due whereupon the same shall be immediately due and payable without presentment, demand, protest or other notice of any kind, all of which are hereby waived by the Borrower.
