Acceleration Clause. If the Borrower is late on payment of more than one installments in accordance with the Repayment schedule – Annex 2, any and all amount due under this contract automatically becomes chargeable and the Borrower has the right to request its payment from the Borrower and the Guarantor, including to initiate enforcement base on the promissory notes issued by the Borrower and the Guarantor under Art. 23.
