Acceleration and Other Rights. The right to declare all Liabilities secured hereby to be immediately due and payable without notice to or demand upon the Debtor or any other person. The Secured Party, in addition to any remedies it may exercise under this Security Agreement, the Note, under other documents executed in connection with the Liabilities secured hereby, or under applicable law, may immediately and without demand, exercise any and all of the rights of a secured party upon default under the Alabama Uniform Commercial Code, all of which shall be cumulative.
