Academic Term. The school year shall be divided into two academic terms. The first term shall begin on the first student attendance day based on the employee’s calendar and shall end at the completion of the first 90 days of student instruction. The second term shall end at the completion of the next 90 days of student instruction for the appropriate employee calendar.
