The Academic Credentials clause establishes the requirement for individuals to provide accurate and verifiable information regarding their educational background. Typically, this clause applies to employees, contractors, or students, mandating that they disclose degrees, certifications, or other qualifications relevant to their role or application. Its core function is to ensure that only qualified individuals are considered for positions or opportunities, thereby reducing the risk of misrepresentation and maintaining the integrity of the organization or institution.
Academic Credentials. The candidate must hold a recognized Ph.D. or academic credential equivalent to the Ph.D. as determined by the CAPT; or publicly available scholarly work judged by the CAPT, on the recommendation of the external assessors, to be of quality equivalent to doctoral research. Work submitted as equivalent to the Ph.D. may not be counted separately as evidence of continuing scholarship under other sections of this document except to the extent that it exceeds the work normally expected of a doctorate.
Academic Credentials.
