AC Contributions. 8.2.1 AC will contribute the following to the FRAC Project: 8.2.1.1 up to $6.5 million; and 8.2.1.2 in kind contributions as required for the completion of the FRAC Project, which is estimated at the date of this agreement as being valued at $300,000.
