Absolute Ownership. The Owners have represented to the Buyer that by virtue of the events and in the circumstances described in Part-II of the 1st Schedule below (Devolution of Title), the Owners have become the joint owners of the Said Property, free from all encumbrances and the Developer is now in peaceful possession thereof.
