Absolute and Continuing Guaranty. This Guaranty is an absolute and continuing guaranty and shall (a) remain in full force and effect until full payment of the Obligations or all amounts payable under this Guaranty, (b) be binding upon the Guarantor and its successors and assigns, and (c) inure to the benefit of the Agent and its successors and assigns.
