Common use of Absence of Restraints Clause in Contracts

Absence of Restraints. No Governmental Rule shall have been enacted, entered or promulgated prohibiting the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or the construction, operation or maintenance of the Project, and no Governmental Judgment shall have been entered permanently restraining, enjoining or otherwise prohibiting the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or the construction, operation or maintenance of the Project.
