Common use of Absence of Other Voting Agreements Clause in Contracts

Absence of Other Voting Agreements. None of the Subject Shares of such Holder is subject to any voting trust, proxy or other agreement, arrangement or restriction or other Lien with respect to voting, in each case, that is inconsistent with this Agreement, except as disclosed in the Company SEC Documents, as contemplated by this Agreement, or as disclosed in the Schedule 13D, as amended, currently filed by such Holder with respect to the Company. None of the Subject Shares of such Holder is subject to any pledge agreement pursuant to which such Holder does not retain voting rights with respect to its Subject Shares subject to such pledge agreement at least until the occurrence of an event of default under the related debt instrument.
