Common use of Absence of Conflict Clause in Contracts

Absence of Conflict. Executive represents and warrants that his employment by the Company, and his performance of his obligations as described herein, shall not conflict with, and will not be constrained by, any prior employment or consulting agreement or relationship, and that any limitations on Executive's ability to perform as provided hereunder and as contemplated by the parties have been disclosed in writing to the Company.
