Common use of Absence of Brokerage or Finders Commissions Clause in Contracts

Absence of Brokerage or Finders Commissions. All negotiations relative to this Agreement and the transactions described herein have been carried on by FNB or its representatives, including Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Incorporated (“Xxxx Xxxxx”), directly with Integrity or its representatives. No person or firm other than Xxxx Xxxxx has been retained by or has acted on behalf of, pursuant to any agreement, arrangement or understanding with, or under the authority of, FNB or its Board of Directors, as a broker, finder or agent or has performed similar functions or otherwise is or may be entitled to receive or claim a brokerage fee or other commission in connection with or as a result of the transactions described herein.

No i) no person or firm other than Xxxx Xxxxx has been retained by or has acted on behalf of, pursuant to any agreement, arrangement or understanding with, or under the authority of, FNB or its Board of Directors, as a broker, finder or agent or has performed similar functions or otherwise is or may be entitled to receive or claim a brokerage fee or other commission in connection with or as a result of the transactions described herein; and (ii) FNB has not agreed, or has any obligation, to pay any brokerage fee or other commission to any person or entity in connection with or as a result of the transactions described herein.
