About BAB. Bristol Ageing Better (BAB) is a wide Partnership of older people and organisations across Bristol who are working together to develop services and support for older people that address isolation and loneliness. ▇▇▇ has developed a strategic Programme for this purpose which was submitted to the Big Lottery Fund’s Fulfilling Lives; Ageing Better Programme in April 2014. In September 2014 the Big Lottery Fund awarded BAB £5.9million for the initial 5 year Programme which began in April 2015. ▇▇▇ is committed to putting older people “in the driving seat” by significantly involving them in every aspect of the Programme including governance, development, management and delivery.
