ABL Facility Availability. The ABL Credit Agreement shall be in full force and effect , and, after giving effect to the Transactions hereunder and as set forth in the ABL Credit Agreement, (i) “Availability” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement shall not be less than $20,000,000 and (ii) Revolving Exposure shall not exceed $40,000,000 on the Effective Date.
