Common use of ABL Facility Availability Clause in Contracts

ABL Facility Availability. contemporaneously with the delivery to the ABL Administrative Agent or the ABL Lenders, such data as necessary to re-determine Availability (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) and, as of the period then ended, a Borrowing Base Certificate (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) and supporting information in connection therewith, in each case as delivered to the ABL Administrative Agent or the ABL Lenders under the ABL Credit Agreement, together with any additional reports with respect to the Borrowing Base (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) as may be delivered to the ABL Administrative Agent or the ABL Lenders under the ABL Credit Agreement.
