Common use of ABL Amendment Clause in Contracts

ABL Amendment. The Term Administrative Agent shall have received a fully executed copy of the fourth amendment to the ABL Loan Agreement with substantially similar amendments to this Amendment and otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Term Administrative Agent.

ABL Amendment. The Term Administrative Agent shall have received a fully executed copy of the fourth third amendment to the ABL Loan Agreement with substantially similar amendments to this Amendment and otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Term Administrative Agent.
