Common use of Aberdeen Clause in Contracts

Aberdeen. Borrower intends to acquire fee simple title to a tract of land in the City of Aberdeen, State of South Dakota, which land is legally described in Exhibit A-5 (the “Aberdeen Land”). In addition, Aberdeen Borrower proposes to acquire a 21-unit memory care facility (the “Aberdeen Improvements”) located on the Aberdeen Land commonly known as “Primrose Cottages” (the Aberdeen Land and the Aberdeen Improvements collectively referred to herein as the “Aberdeen Project”).
