ABC Checkoff Clause Samples

ABC Checkoff. The Employer agrees to deduct amounts designated by employees for the Active Ballot Club when the Employer has been furnished an individual written authorization for making such deductions on a form mutually agreed upon between the Employer and the Union. It is agreed that the ABC authorization is to be entirely voluntary upon the part of each such individual employee and that any such employee may revoke his ABC checkoff authorization upon giving thirty (30) days written notice to the Employer and the Union.
