AbbVie Managed Publications. If a Receiving Party serves as an author on any Scientific Publication (as defined below) managed by AbbVie, then Institution will undertake to ensure that such Receiving Party will enter into a separate agreement with AbbVie that further defines author obligations. “Scientific Publication” means any scientific publication or medical communication regarding Study results in any form including, without limitation, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slides or other materials used for presentations.
