Common use of Abbott Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Abbott Indemnification. Abbott shall indemnify and hold harmless ---------------------- Anesta, its affiliates, officers, directors and employees from and against all claims, causes of action, settlement costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, losses or liabilities of any kind related to this Agreement and asserted by third persons that arise out of or are attributable to: (a) any intentional, wrongful or negligent act or omission on the part of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ employees, agents or representatives; or (b) the lack of safety or efficacy of the Product supplied by Abbott resulting from ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ failure to manufacture Product in accordance with the terms hereunder.
