Common use of AAA Clause in Contracts

AAA. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Amended Agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the International Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Seattle, Washington, or such other jurisdiction neutral to both parties within the United States that the parties shall in writing agree, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
