A ppeals Process. If the Applicant disagrees with MISMO’s final certification determination, it has 15 days from the date such determination is communicated to the Applicant to submit a formal appeal to MISMO. MISMO will appoint a review board to review the certification results and the Applicant’s formal rebuttal and evidence of compliance. The findings of the review board will be final and binding. The Applicant agrees to accept and be bound by the results of any appeal.
