Common use of A Class Clause in Contracts

A Class. A Member may cast or authorize the casting of a vote by filing a written appointment of a revocable proxy given to any other Class A Member with the Management Committee at or before the meeting at which the appointment is to be effective. The Class A Member may sign or authorize the written appointment by telegram, telecopy, cablegram, or other means of electronic transmission stating, or submitted with information sufficient to determine, that the Class A Member authorized the transmission. Any copy, facsimile, telecommunication, or other reproduction of the original of either the writing or the transmission may be used in lieu of the original, if it is a complete and legible reproduction of the entire original.
