Common use of A Class W Warrant Clause in Contracts

A Class W Warrant. or Class Z Warrant may be exercised only during the period (“Exercise Period”) commencing on the later of the consummation by the Company of a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition or other similar business combination (“Business Combination”) (as described more fully in the Company’s Registration Statement) and , 2007. Each Insiders’ Warrant and Public Warrant shall terminate at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the earlier to occur of (i) , 2011 if a Class W Warrant or , 2013 if a Class Z Warrant, as applicable, or (ii) the date fixed for redemption of the Warrants as provided in Section 6 of this Agreement (“Expiration Date”).
