(a) ARBITRATION PROCESS. A list of nine (9) arbitrators will be requested from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Selection of the arbitrator will be made by the parties alternately striking a name from the list until only one name remains as the arbitrator selected. The determination of who strikes first will be made by a toss of a coin.
