A-1 Term Loans Generally Clause Samples

A-1 Term Loans Generally. Amounts repaid or prepaid on the A-1 Term Loans may not be reborrowed. The A-1 Term Loans may be, from time to time, Base Rate Loans or Eurodollar Loans or a combination thereof. Unless previously terminated, the A-1 Term Loan Commitments shall terminate on the A-1 Term Loan Commitment Termination Date. All obligations with respect to the A-1 Term Loans shall be due and payable in full on the A-1 Term Loan Maturity Date.
